Hernando Sportsplex Hold Harmless

I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participating in sports, including the potential for injuries, ranging from minor to severe. I am fully aware of and accept these risks.

Recognizing the hazards involved in the sport mentioned above, I place great importance on adhering to all instructions and warnings provided by coaches. This includes guidance on playing techniques, training methods, and the rules of the sport, whether communicated verbally or in writing. I understand that all such instructions and warnings are integral to this agreement, and I commit to diligently follow them.

In exchange for the privilege of practicing, playing, or engaging in any activities associated with the camp/clinic at Hernando Sportsplex, I willingly assume all associated risks and dangers. I hereby waive any and all claims, both now and in perpetuity, for myself, my estate, my heirs, my administrators, my executors, my assignees, my successors, and all members of my family.

Furthermore, I agree to release, absolve, and discharge Hernando Sportsplex, along with their trustees, officers, agents, servants, employees, successors, and assignees, which includes their athletic staff, coaches, assistant coaches, athletic trainers, physicians, and any other healthcare professionals providing treatment to me, from any liability, claims, legal actions, or demands arising from injuries to my person or property, as well as any losses, regardless of their nature, resulting from or associated with my participation in activities related to Hernando Sportsplex.
