Terms and Conditions:

I understand and agree that the event host retains the right to assign my vendor location within the market, irrespective of my preferences. While the host will try to honor specific requests for vendor locations, the host cannot guarantee that these requests will be met.

I agree not to sell or offer any illegal or contraband items. I further understand that the event host reserves the right to disallow the sale of any item they deem unnecessary or harmful to the event. I further understand and agree to abide by the laws of the state of Mississippi and city of Hernando.

Please note that vehicles cannot be driven into the venue. Vendors will need to have carts, hand trucks, or similar in order to load their items into their space.

Each vendor is responsible for their own trash and clean-up. Vendors should leave their space completely clean and free of any leftover items. A dumpster along with several trash barrels are on site.

I understand the event host holds no responsibility or guarantee if I choose to set up Saturday night regarding my items. The event host will lock the space once the set up time has concluded, and no one will be allowed into the space until the following morning set up time begins.

At the conclusion of the event, you’ll be required to complete a sales tax form and pay Hernando Sportsplex for the sales tax that you collect during the event. This payment must be received before leaving the event as Mississippi law requires. Failure to settle your sales tax payment on site will result in a $100 minimum fee from Hernando Sportsplex, along with any other fees incurred from the state of MS or similar agencies.
